How to view, add, and monitor the consent status of minor competitors linked to your guardian account.
Your guardian dashboard shows all the children linked to your account and lets you manage their status.
Sign in and you'll land on the guardian dashboard. Each child appears as a card showing:
LiveScoreboard tracks guardian consent for every minor profile. The possible statuses are:
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Approved | You have consented — the child's profile is fully active |
| Pending | A guardian invitation was sent but not yet accepted |
| Not Required | The participant is 18 or older (no guardian needed) |
Until you approve a pending child, they can still register for events — but the organizer can see that guardian consent is outstanding.
If you want to link a child who hasn't yet created a participant account, click Add Child from your dashboard. You'll need their name and email address.
This sends an invitation to the child's email linking their future participant account to your guardian account.
If you have children with a Pending consent status, a notice appears at the top of your dashboard reminding you to complete approval. This is related to data protection requirements for minors.
Tapping the notice takes you to the pending child's details where you can review and approve.
