What counts as an "active event"?

An active event is any event in Setup, Ready, or Active status. Once you mark an event as Completed, it no longer counts toward your active event limit — so you can always complete old events to free up slots.

What counts as an "event per month"?

This tracks how many new events you create in a rolling 30-day window. It resets on a rolling basis, not on a calendar month.

Upgrading your plan

You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time from Admin → Billing. The upgrade is instant — your new limits apply immediately.
