What a guardian account is, when you need one, and how to create it.
A guardian account lets you manage the LiveScoreboard profiles of minor competitors (children under 18) in your care. It's a free account type separate from Participant and Organizer accounts.
You need a guardian account when:
In Colombia and other jurisdictions that follow data protection laws for minors, guardian consent is required before a minor's competition data can be processed. LiveScoreboard enforces this automatically.
You'll typically arrive via an invitation email sent when your child created or registered their participant profile. Click the link in that email.
If you don't have an account yet, you'll be prompted to create one:
Your account is free. Guardians never pay to use LiveScoreboard.
