How to accept a judge invitation from a competition organizer, create your account, and get ready to score.
When an organizer adds you as a judge for their event, you receive an email invitation. This guide walks you through accepting it and getting set up.
The email comes from LiveScoreboard on behalf of the organizer. It includes:
Click the link. It opens LiveScoreboard in your browser and takes you directly to the invitation page.
If you don't already have a LiveScoreboard account, you'll be prompted to create one. The process takes about a minute:
Your account is free. Judges never pay to use LiveScoreboard.
Once you're signed in, you'll see a summary of the event you've been invited to judge:
Click Accept Invitation to confirm your participation. The organizer will be notified and you'll appear on their judge panel.
If you can't make it, click Decline — the organizer will be notified so they can invite someone else.
Once you accept, the event appears on your judge dashboard. You'll see it listed as Pending until the organizer sets the event to Active, at which point you can begin scoring.
You don't need to do anything else before the event — just show up and open LiveScoreboard on your phone or tablet when scoring begins.
