LiveScoreboard is competition scoring software that replaces paper scoresheets, spreadsheets, and projected Excel files with a real-time digital system. Judges score from any phone or tablet, results appear instantly on the venue screen, and organizers manage everything from a single dashboard.
Organizer (Admin) — Creates and manages competitions. Configures events, categories, and scoring rules. Invites judges, adds participants, and monitors live scoring. This role requires a paid plan.
Judge — Scores competitors in real time using their phone or tablet. Can score across all categories or be assigned to specific ones. One judge per event can be designated the Lead Judge, who has additional responsibilities in match formats.
Participant (Competitor) — A competitor registered in your event. Participants can create a profile to view their scores and competition history.
Guardian (Parent) — Manages profiles for minor competitors. Required for participants under 18 years old to comply with data protection regulations.
